Original Non-Resident DL (Valid in FL Only Driver License)

• 2 forms of identification, out of state driver license and one other document, such as a social security card. The  names MUST match exactly.
  
  
• Vision test, with or without corrective lenses, to meet acuity of 20/40.
  
  
• Hearing Test.

NOTE: This non resident driver license is for use only in the State of Florida. When you travel outside of Florida, you will be operating on your Out of State License. You will not be considered a resident of Florida, and may not be eligible for some rights and privileges of Florida Residents.
